ACH On Demand

Ever needed your direct deposit faster? You’re in luck: your Evergreen Credit Union account includes ACH on Demand. Use ACH on Demand in online banking to post electronic deposits up to two days early.*

How to post electronic deposits early:

  • Sign in to It’s Me 24/7 online banking
  • Look for the You Have Pending Deposits notification or go to Member Services > ACH Transactions
  • Click Post Now for eligible deposits
  • Review the Terms & Conditions
  • Choose where to withdraw the $10 Early Posting Fee*

Note: If you have any distributions tied directly to the deposit, those distributions will occur at time of posting. Any automatic funds transfers will happen at their normally scheduled time.

*Not all electronic deposits are eligible for early posting and are at the discretion of the creditor. Fee subject to change; refer to the ACH on Demand Terms & Conditions for the current fee.

Online Banking Login

Report a Lost
or Stolen Card

Visa Debit Card

To report a lost or stolen Visa Debit Card, please call our fraud management service SHAZAM at 1 (833) 288-1126. They are available 24/7 to help.

Calling SHAZAM will place a block on your card which will stop any further transactions from happening. SHAZAM will confirm and go over any recent transactions on your card. If necessary, they will also help you file transaction disputes.

Afterwards contact Evergreen Credit Union at (920)729-2999 to order a new card should it be needed. We will work with you to get a new one ordered. Instant issue debit cards are available for same day activation.

Mastercard Credit Card
To report a lost or stolen MasterCard Credit Card, please call our MasterCard processor Envisant at 800-325-3678. They will place a block on your card which will stop any new transactions from happening.

If you need to report fraud or order a new MasterCard, please contact the credit union at (920)729-2999 during business hours. You can leave a message after hours using the Contact Us link in online banking.

Members can also use online banking at any time to lock their MasterCard and stop further transactions.

Fraud and Identity Theft Help

If you are a victim of identity theft, call us immediately at (920)729-2999. We have Member Identity Theft Kits available at the credit union and we will do our best to help you through the process.

Important Information:
We will never use a telephone service (automated or text) to contact you that requires you to enter your account information or social security number. Please contact us directly any time you are concerned about the legitimacy of a link or communication that supposedly came from ECU.

We will never send an email that requests personal information. Our online banking service will never require you to enter anything other than your member number, passwords, and security questions answers to log on. We highly recommend you create a username to access online banking.
