Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Is Coming Soon

Online banking will be getting a big update in 2025 – Multi-factor Authentication! Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) helps you as a member to secure your online banking access by utilizing one-time use passcodes.

After providing your username and password, you will be asked to choose a phone number or e-mail on file. An access code will then be provided. You will be able to register your computer or smartphone so that MFA isn’t required every time using the same device. MFA is also not required when switching between linked accounts.

To make this transition run smoother, review your personal information today! If you have a new telephone number, moved to a different location, or got a new email address, we want to know. If you have multiple memberships make sure all have been correctly updated. Outdated information may result in lost access.
